Welcome

This course guide has been created to help students successfully complete Professor Roffle's Global Education assignment for HMS 100

Global Education Assignment (100 pts.)

Read the assignment details and follow them carefully.

Each year people from various countries around the world migrate to the United States. As Human Service Practitioners we will at some point in time be called upon to care for individuals of different nationalities and ethnicities from ourselves.   This assignment will require each student to research an ethnic group or nationality and submit a 5- 10 page paper (using APA format) that will explore cultural, social, economic, political aspects of the country of the chosen ethnic group/nationality.  Additionally, students will be required to provide one recipe of a traditional dish of the ethnic group/nationality.  This assignment is due at the beginning of class on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.  (WEEK #8  *MID TERM).
