Culinology is a discipline which combines the culinary arts with food science. It's also the name of the Research Chefs Association's website. The RCA describes itself as the "premier source of culinary and technical information for the food industry." Its website provides information on conferences, continuing education, and certification programs. Full access to the employment section requires RCA membership. Student dues are reasonable.
