Promotion Eligibility Certification Form & Timeline

In accordance with Administrative Procedures (D.5 – Faculty Promotion in Academic Rank), all faculty endeavoring to advance to the ranks of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor are required to complete a “Certification of Eligibility for Promotion” form (fillable form can be found in College Forms). Faculty members must have previously achieved continuing status to be eligible to apply for promotion.
