Your instructor has experience using the textbook assigned for your course, and should be your first point of contact if you are having difficulties using your e-textbook.
If your instructor cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the STLCC IT Help Desk for technical issues, or the STLCC Bookstores for access code issues.
If you have purchased an e-textbook from the STLCC Bookstores, your access codes will be shipped to you. Occasionally access codes are emailed; check with the bookstore if you are not certain. You can check your bookstore account to see the status of your orders. If you anticipate that they will be sent by email, make sure to check your spam folders as well as your inbox.
Please note that the Library cannot provide access codes for textbooks purchased through the Bookstores.
