Faculty Evaluation Task Force, June 2016 - August 2017
The Faculty Evaluation Task Force was convened in June, 2016. Their charge was to create a new evaluation system for full-time faculty at STLCC. Their goal was to have a viable proposal for such a system by the end of the Fall 2016 semester. Although that timeline was extended, their work was completed by August, 2017.
Approved New Faculty Evaluation System & User Handbook
The User Handbook contains instructions for the new faculty evaluation system, along with forms to be used in the evaluation process. Deans or department chairs should request the new, Scantron-ready student evaluation forms from their campus Assessment Centers.
STLCC Faculty Evaluation System - Survey Data
All full-time STLCC faculty received an email containing a link to a Survey Monkey survey, which asked for their input on the current full-time faculty evaluation system, and solicited suggestions for a new one. The survey was available to faculty from Aug. 18 through
Aug. 25, 2016. The results of the survey are posted here.
